Participants will not be able to see submission of Missions they have not yet unlocked. These submissions will only show up in the participant's activity feed once they themselves or a team member have unlocked the same Mission.
Here is an example: If the participant has only unlocked Mission A, they will only see submissions from other teams for Mission A.
