Some Experiences can have Missions with different difficulty levels, especially if you have a wide range of participants of different ages or abilities. An effective way to indicate this is to colour-code the Missions by difficulty.
Consider putting a colour emoji in front of each Mission to show its difficulty level. Be sure to make it clear what each colour represents to your participants beforehand, perhaps in a welcome Mission or the Mission name. Here is an example:
π’: EASY
π‘: MEDIUM
π΄: HARD
Mission Examples:
Mission name: π’ EASY: Flock photo!
Mission description: Take a photo with your best silly goose face!
Points: 100
Mission name: π‘ MEDIUM: Flock takes flight!
Mission description: Take a team photo where everyone is jumping and showing off their best, mid-air pose. Make sure each team member's feet are off the ground to qualify!
Points: 200
Mission name: π΄ HARD: Flock in formation!
Mission description: Take a team photo with your flock in a human pyramid.
Points: 300
Helpful Honk πͺΏ: Consider using the unlockable Missions feature here. Have participants complete an initial Mission of their selected difficulty, and make it unlock more Missions or an entire path of Missions at that difficulty level. That way, participants can choose the level of challenge they want to take on!
