If I already have a Goosechase account under my school email, will I lose my data when my school signs up for Clever?
No. If your school signs up for Clever, your existing Goosechase account will automatically be linked to Clever. All your data and progress will be preserved.
Which plans include Clever single sign-on?
Clever SSO is available on school-wide and district-wide Goosechase plans. It is not available on free or EDU Plus plans.
Is student and staff rostering available in Goosechase through Clever?
At this time, Clever rostering is not currently available with Goosechase. However we are working on getting it added!
Does logging in with Clever automatically add me to my school's workspace?
No. Logging in with Clever gives you access to Goosechase Studio, but you'll still need to be invited by an admin in your organization to join their workspace.
Is Clever the only SSO option for schools and districts?
At this time, Clever is the only SSO option for schools and districts through Goosechase. However, we plan to add more services in the future!
Do I need to log in with Clever if my school or district has connected Clever and Goosechase?
Yes. If your school or district's email domain is associated with Clever, you'll need to log in through Clever — it will be the only sign-in option available for your account.
