What is the Scheduling Missions feature?

The scheduling Missions feature allows you to release and expire Missions periodically throughout your Experience at scheduled times. It allows you to set when a specific Mission will be visible to participants and when it will disappear.

Why would I use the Scheduling Missions feature?

There are many different ways in which scheduling Missions can elevate the flow of your Experience. For example:

  • If you are running long Experiences that have Missions for different seasons, events, or holidays.

  • Use scheduled releases as a tool to maintain consistent engagement and incentives to participate, rather than having participants complete all the Missions at once.

  • Pre-plan daily, weekly, or monthly challenges that release automatically.

  • Set up daily Missions for multi-day conferences that have different attendees, vendors, and speakers each day

What kind of Goosechase Experiences do scheduled Missions work well in?

The scheduling Missions feature can be great in any Goosechase Experience, but some popular use cases are:

  • National park exploration

  • Summer reading challenges

  • Fitness challenges,

  • Multi-day events, conferences, or retreats with an itinerary
