🤖 What exactly does the chatbot assistant do?

Based on the content of your Experience and your ideas, the chatbot can generate ideas for Missions to populate your Experience with. You can choose to use any of these ideas in your Experience, or save them to your Mission Library for future use.


What kind of content can the chatbot generate?

Right now, it can only generate suggestions for Camera Missions (but we're planning to add support for other Mission types in the future!). It will only generate ideas for Mission titles, descriptions and point values – all other Mission settings will need to be customized by the user.

Can I customize the chatbot’s suggestions?

You can converse with the chatbot to refine or tweak any of the suggestions it comes up with and ignore any ideas that you don’t want to use or save.

Can I opt out of using Ai in the Studio?

Yes, you can opt out of using Ai in the Studio at a personal workspace level and at an organizational workspace level. Full instructions are available here.

Are there limits to how many ideas the chatbot can generate?

While it’s in beta, there are no limits on usage, but this is subject to change in the future.

Can I use my own existing content as a starting point for the chatbot?

If your Experience has at least 5 camera Missions in it already, the chatbot will use that as a starting point to generate ideas. If not, it will ask for more context about your Experience to give you the best suggestions it can.


Data Handling and Privacy

What data is sent to the chatbot when generating content?

Experience title, description and existing Mission content (Mission title, description and points) are sent to the chatbot’s AI to help give it enough context to suggest good ideas.

Is any personal or sensitive information shared with the chatbot or external AI systems?

OpenAI GPT-4o-mini is the AI model that is used to generate Mission ideas. Your Experience data detailed above is sent to the AI model once you provide consent, along with any messages you send to the chatbot. No data is retained by OpenAI beyond [check their API docs for retention policy and link it here]. Goosechase will store details of the generated Mission suggestions to help improve the feature, but we do not retain any of the messages you send the chatbot.

Can I delete the prompts or content I’ve generated using the chatbot?

If you do not use or save any of the Mission ideas generated by the chatbot, the conversation history will clear when you refresh the page or navigate away.


Security and Compliance

Do you use my data or content to train your AI models?

No – we don’t use your Experience data to train any models, and OpenAI will not use any of the data that is sent for generating Mission ideas to train their models either.

Which AI model powers your chatbot assistant?

GPT 4o mini.

How accurate are the chatbot-generated ideas?

The ideas generated by the chatbot are meant to be a starting point and might not be fully accurate or a perfect fit for your goals, the abilities of your participants, or the environment where the Experience is taking place. It is strongly advised that you review, verify and modify the content as necessary to make sure it works for your specific needs.

It’s up to the creators of the Experience to confirm that everything is accurate, appropriate, and relevant. Goosechase disclaims any and all liability for the content’s use, and the user assumes full responsibility for any consequences arising from the final content.
