Creating team roles for equal participation

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Are you having a hard time making sure each team member is participating equally or getting a chance to participate at all in your Experience? Try this πŸ‘‡

Come up with a variety of roles that team members can take on based on the team sizes you set for your Experience. Once the roles have been created, ask each team to assign a role to each team member. Examples of roles could be:

Strategist πŸ—ΊοΈ - Planning, communication, decision-making

Explorer πŸš€ - Movement-based, observation, discovery

Documenter πŸ“ - Visuals, recording, storytelling

Then create Missions specific to each of these roles, such as strategist-specific Missions where they have to choose a path for their team or camera Missions for the documenter where they have to capture their team in action.

This way, each team member will have assigned tasks and responsibilities, increasing the chances of higher participation. πŸš€

Helpful Honk πŸͺΏ: Create a Mission where team members identify who has been assigned what role, so you know who is completing which Missions!
