Where can I find mission and participant engagement data?

Where do I find the Stats tab?

The Stats tab can be found under the Review section in the left-hand navigation bar.

What reports are on the Stats tab?

Each report is described below:

Active Teams

The number of teams (or solo participants) who’ve completed at least one Mission.

Total Teams

The number of teams (or solo participants) who have joined the Experience.

Submissions

The total number of submissions from all participants.

Avg. Mission completion

The average mission completion rate among participants who’ve completed at least one Mission.

Mission popularity

From highest to lowest, the Mission popularity panel graphs Missions that have received at least one submission by the number of submissions received. Hover over a specific bar to reveal the Mission name and how many submissions it has.

Team engagement

From highest to lowest, the participant engagement panel graphs teams/participants that have completed at least one submission by the number of submissions. Hover over a specific bar to reveal the team/participant's name and
how many Missions were completed.

Most liked Submissions

The participants joined timeline panel graphs the number of teams/participant's who join the Experience at each period of time between the first to join and the last. The unit of time that each bar represents depends on the length of time between the first join and the last.

Submission Info

The submissions panel contains a table of all submissions, along with the name or team of the participant that completed the submission, a link to the submission itself, and other attributes. Clicking on each column header allows you to sort the table by any of the attributes.

Leaderboard

The Leaderboard panel contains a table of all teams or participants, their total points, the number of submissions, and the time of their last submission. Clicking on each column header allows you to sort the table by any of the attributes.

How do I download the reports?

You can export the data from each report into .csv, .xlsx, or .json formats. To do so, hover over the report you want, and click the download button in the upper right hand corner:
