The dashboard can be found by clicking the dashboard on the left-hand menu of the Experience Manager. You can use this page to see stats about your Goosechase Experience presented in visual graphs and tables. These stats are updated in real-time, and will be available after your event is live and any time after your event ends.

Each Dashboard panel is described below:

  • Active participants: The number of participants who’ve completed at least one Mission.

  • Submissions: The total number of submissions from all participants.

  • Avg. Mission completion: The average mission completion rate among participants who’ve completed at least one Mission.

  • Mission popularity: From highest to lowest, the Mission popularity panel graphs Missions that have received at least one submission by the number of submissions received. Hover over a specific bar to reveal the Mission name and how many submissions it has.

  • Participant engagement: From highest to lowest, the participant engagement panel graphs teams/participants that have completed at least one submission by the number of submissions. Hover over a specific bar to reveal the team/participant's name and how many Missions were completed.

  • Submission timeline: The submission timeline panel graphs the number of submissions received in each period of time between the start and end of the event. The unit of time that each bar represents depends on the length of your Experience.

  • Participants joined timeline: The participants joined timeline panel graphs the number of teams/participant's who join the Experience at each period of time between the first to join and the last. The unit of time that each bar represents depends on the length of time between the first join and the last.

  • Submissions: The submissions panel contains a table of all submissions, along with the name or team of the participant that completed the submission, a link to the submission itself, and other attributes. Clicking on each column header allows you to sort the table by any of the attributes.

  • Leaderboard: The Leaderboard panel contains a table of all teams or participants, their total points, the number of submissions, and the time of their last submission. Clicking on each column header allows you to sort the table by any of the attributes.

  • Participants: If you have your Experience set to Teams Mode, the Participants panel will also be visible in the Dashboard. If a team is made up of participants joining from multiple devices and accounts, you can view the number of submissions completed by each individual account here. There is no way to see what specific mission submissions were completed by each team member. Clicking on each column header allows you to sort the table by any of the attributes.You can also export the data from each Dashboard panel into .csv, .xlsx, or .json formats. To do so, hover over the top right-hand corner of each panel to reveal the Download full results button.
