Your Mission and participant engagement data can be found from the Stats tab of the Goosechase Studio.
Where do I find the Stats tab?
The Stats tab can be found under the Review section in the left-hand navigation bar.
What reports are on the Stats tab?
Each report is described below:
Mission completion
The average Mission completion percentage among participants who’ve completed at least one Mission.
Most Popular Missions
From highest to lowest, the Mission popularity panel graphs Missions that have received at least one submission by the number of submissions received. Hover over a specific bar to reveal the Mission name and how many submissions it has.
Most Engaged Teams
From highest to lowest, the participant engagement panel graphs teams/participants that have completed at least one submission by the number of submissions. Hover over a specific bar to reveal the team/participant's name and how many Missions were completed.
Participants Table
The participants' table displays a list of all participants in your Experience with the following columns:
Participant Name – The display name of the participant.
Team Name – The team the participant belongs to.
Email Provided – The email collected from the participant when they joined (only shown if "participant email required" is enabled for the Experience).
Points – Total points earned through accepted submissions, including bonus points.
Submissions – Count of accepted submissions from that participant.
Last Submission – Date and time of the participant's most recent submission.
The table is sorted by Points (highest first), then by Last Submission time.
Submissions Table
The submissions table displays a list of all submissions in your Experience with the following columns:
Team Name – The team of the participant who submitted.
Participant Name – The participant who submitted.
Mission – The Mission name.
Type – The type of submission (Camera, Text, or GPS).
Points – Amount of points the Mission is worth.
Bonus Points – Any bonus points applied to the submission.
Likes – Number of likes the submission received.
Caption – Caption submitted with the submission.
Submission Time – Date and time of the submission.
Submission Link – URL link to view the submission.
The table is sorted by Submission Time (most recent first).
How do I download the reports?
You can export the data from each report into .csv, .xlsx, or .json formats. To do so, hover over the report you want, and click the download button in the upper right-hand corner:

Can I share this data?
Yes, you can share the data in these reports two different ways:
Download the report content and share the downloaded file.
Invite anyone you would like to have access to the data as a collaborator on your Experience. This will give them access to the stats from this Experience within their own Goosechase account.
Does the data in these reports automatically update?
Does the data in these reports automatically update?
The data collected in these reports will update each time you visit or refresh the page. It will not automatically update while viewing the page.
