Why can't I login?

If you are having trouble logging in, here are a few things that can help!


Why did I not receive a password reset email?

If you did not receive a password reset email (and it is not in your spam folder) it is likely that you are not using the correct email address for the account.

Alternatively, your email address you may have used may be spelled incorrectly, or may include capital letters. Make sure your email address is spelled correctly in all lower case letters.

If you cannot remember what email you used, please reach out to support with possible emails you may have used, or names of experiences you created. We will try to help locate your account.


Why is the login page not working?

If your login page is not loading or is freezing please try the following steps:

  1. Delete your cookies and cache and retry logging in.

  2. If that did not work, try logging in using an incognito/private browser. If that worked then you have extensions that are blocking our website from operating correctly.

  3. If you are still having trouble, try using a different browser or a different network connection. Sometimes, if you on a work network, the firewall interferes with our website from working correctly.

Why can I login on the website but not the app?

If your login is working on the website but not the app, or vice versa, and you have your password saved to be auto-filled it could be that you have the incorrect password.

1. Begin by resetting your password. Passwords can be reset here.

2. Uninstall and reinstall the app

3. Make sure you are using the correct email address for both.
