There are now 3 different ways to invite participants to join your Experience! Invite links, QR codes, and Join codes. All three are generated for each Experience, so if participants aren't able to access one of the options you can provided them with the other two! Here is how to use them:

Invite links are a url that takes participants directly to your Experience within the app. If participants already have the app downloaded, clicking the link will open the Experience within their app. If they don’t have the app downloaded, it will prompt them to download the app, and then once downloaded, they can paste the link into the app and find the Experience. After that, they just need to log in and will be on their way!

Don’t forget to share any Experience passwords or team passwords with participants alongside the link.

You can find your invite link either in the bottom left corner of the Experience or on the Participants tab under Publish.

QR codes, like invite links, take participants directly to your Experience within the app when scanned by a participant's camera. If participants already have the app downloaded, scanning the QR code will open the Experience within their app. If they don’t have the app downloaded, it will prompt them to download the app, and provide them with a link to paste into the app to find the Experience once the app is downloaded. After that, they just need to log in and will be on their way!

Don’t forget to share any Experience passwords or team passwords with participants alongside the QR code.

A join code is a unique code for your Experience that participants enter directly into the app after downloading to join.

When sharing the join code with participants, don’t forget to share any Experience passwords or team passwords you may have created as well.
