Why does my account still show the free plan if I have purchased an upgrade?

Updated over 3 weeks ago

I purchased an upgrade for one of my Experiences, why is it still showing the free plan?

The plan information in the account page as shown above only reflects purchased subscriptions and not single Experience upgrades. The reason for this is that a single Experience upgrade only applies to a specific Experience and not your whole account. While a subscription on the other hand, applies to all the Experiences built under your account.

If you have purchased a single Experience upgrade what you want to be looking for instead is an "upgraded" icon on the Experience you have paid to upgrade on the main page in the Studio.

My organization has purchased a subscription, why is it not reflected on my account?

If your organization has purchased a subscription from us it does not automatically get applied to the accounts of the employees. You will need to be invited to join your organization's Workspace by the program administrator before you can begin using the upgrades on your account.

Once you are added, this won't upgrade your personal account directly. However, it will add a new Workspace under your account named after your school, district or organization where you will be able to create upgraded Experiences!
