Why is the pricing on the website different than the pricing when I go to make a purchase?

An article explaining why you may see a difference in pricing between our marketing website and the pricing within the Goosechase Studio.


For regular purchases

Starting June 1st 2026 Goosechase has made some changes to how our upgrades work. Along with these changes have come some changes in pricing.

In order to accommodate these new types of upgrades, we have had to make some changes at the account level for all Goosechase users. Starting June 1st 2026, all newly created Goosechase accounts will have access to these new plans.

All currently existing Goosechase accounts will be converted to the new accounts on a gradual basis over the next few months.

If you are seeing a difference in the pricing on the website compared to the pricing within your account, this likely means that your account has not been converted yet.

If you would like to purchase one of the new upgrades displayed on the website but are not seeing the option within your account, please email hi@goosechase.com so we can convert your account manually.

If you are seeing the educator pricing on the website but not within your account and you would like to access it. Please email hi@goosechase.com and we can help get your account converted.
