You can purchase upgraded single events designed to let you run a single Experience at an upgraded size. Here is how they work:
How many participants can when I purchase an upgraded single event?
There are 3 different options to choose from. Each option has its own limit on how many participants can join your Experience.
The plans we offer are:
Chase 40 - Up to 40 participants within your Experience
Chase 100 - Up to 100 participants within your Experience
Chase 175 - Up to 175 participants within your Experience
If you need to run an Experience for more than 175 participants, please fill out the quote form on this page.
Please note: While there are no limits on the number of teams you can have in your upgraded Experience , each participant under a team will count towards your participant limit. So if you upgrade to Chase 40, for example, you can have 40 participants spread out across as many teams as you would like

How long can I run an Experience for after purchasing a single event upgrade?
You can run an Experience for up to 30 days from the date of purchasing the single event upgrade.
If you need to run an Experience for more than 30 days, please fill out the quote form on this page to receive a custom license.
Can I decide when my single event upgrade begins?
The 30-day window for single event upgrades begins at the time of purchase. It is not possible to schedule your upgrade to begin at a certain date, so only purchase it when you are ready to launch.
How many upgraded Experiences can I run or rerun with a single event upgrade?
With a single event upgrade, you can have one Experience live at a time.
So if you would like you can run multiple different Experiences at the upgraded size during your 30 day window, but only one can be live at a time. So you will need to end one of your Experiences before you start another.
You can also rerun your one event as many times as you would like within that 30 day window.

Can I have multiple single event upgrades active on my account at the same time?
No, it is only possible to have more than one single event upgrade active at a time on your account.
After I have purchased a single event upgrade, how can I make sure it is active on my account?
You can make sure your upgrade is active, check your limits and time remaining, as well as manage your billing from the Plan page in the Goosechase Studio found on the left-hand side.
Are single event upgrades like subscriptions?
No, single event upgrades are not like subscriptions. They do not auto-renew, and they only allow one live Experience at a time. They will automatically downgrade at the end of your 30-day window.

If I purchase a single event upgrade but realize I need more participants afterwards, can I purchase the next tier up and pay the difference?
Yes! If you realize you need more participants in your Experience after purchasing your single event upgrade, you can purchase the next tier of participant access while only paying the difference in price between your current upgrade and the new one.
To do this, make sure you make the purchase from within the Goosechase Studio by selecting the upgrade banner found in the Participants page:
