Understanding Your Upgrade and Invoicing

This article provides guidance on how to request an invoice for the Goosechase Single Experience License and details about what is included with the license after the upgrade. You’ll also find information about the license usage terms and flexibility to transition to an annual plan.
How to Request and Receive an Invoice
After confirming pricing with a Goosechase Account Executive, you will receive an invoice, which will be sent to your email. Typically, you will receive the invoice within 1-2 business days after your purchase. However, the upgrade will be added immediately, allowing you to immediately start building or running your Experience without waiting for the invoice to arrive.
What’s Included After the Upgrade
Upon upgrading to the Experience:
The License allows your Experience to go live with the team limit you and the Account Executive agreed upon.
You can duplicate your Experience to create a test version without affecting the main Experience or upgrade.
Support from the Account Executive and our amazing Customer Success team
If you choose to transition to an annual subscription within 90 days of your event, the cost of your Single Experience License can be applied as a credit toward the annual plan.
Usage Terms for the Single Experience License
The Single Experience License supports individual mode, team mode, or a combination.
There is no strict limit on the size of the teams, but we recommend teams no larger than 5 for the best participant experience.
Experiences can run for an hour, day, weeks, or months depending on the agreed upon term with the Account Executive at the time of purchase.
If you complete the Experience and wish to host it again and again with new participants, we recommend a subscription plan instead.
Flexibility in Transitioning to an Annual Plan
Should you decide to switch to an annual subscription within 90 days of your initial event, the fee paid for the Single Experience License can be applied toward an annual plan. This offers a cost-effective way to explore more long-term use of the Goosechase platform.
