How do I move my Experience to my organization's workspace?

If you would like an Experience from your personal workspace moved to your organization's workspace so your organization's upgrades are applied, follow these steps.

1. From the "My Experiences" tab in the studio, find the Experience you want to move and click the three dots next to it

2. From the dropdown menu that appears, click "Move Experience"

3. Select the workspace you would like the Experience move to and click move

4. You can now find that Experience under your organization's workspace, and it will have any applicable upgrades applied.

At this time, Experiences can only be moved from a personal workspace to an organization's workspace. If you need to move an Experience from an organization's workspace to your personal workspace, please email hi@goosechase.com for assistance.


FAQ


What if I don't see my organization's workspace to move it to?

If you aren't seeing your organization's workspace when trying to move your Experience it likely means you have not yet been added to the workspace.

To be added, please contact the administrator or owner of your organization's subscription and have them send you an invite.


Can I move Experiences over to another workspace in bulk?

At this time it is not possible to move Experiences to another workspace in bulk. You will need to move them one at a time.
