Why are my experiences not upgraded when I am on my organization's paid subscription?

Why do I only have access to the same number of teams as the free plan?

If you are seeing an upgrade this Experience banner, but you are on your organization's paid subscription, it likely means your Experience was built under the wrong Workspace. You will need to move that Experience from you "My Experiences" Workspace to your organization Workspace.

For reference, once you are added to a subscription, this won't upgrade your personal account directly, which is why Experiences under your personal Workspace won't be upgraded. It will instead add a new Workspace under your account named after your organization, where you will be able to create upgraded Experiences!

How do I create an Experience under my organization's Workspace?

  1. Locate and select your organization's Workspace from the top left-hand dropdown menu on the homepage of the studio

2. Select the blue "Create Experience" button
