How do I navigate my workspaces?

What is a workspace?

All Experiences are attached to an associated workspace. It's a space to organize and create your Experiences - as just one person, together as a team, or across a whole company. Experiences under a shared subscription must be created under the organization's workspace.

Step-by-step workspace walkthrough

A guide to navigating your workspaces.

1. On the top left-hand side of the Studio, you will see a drop down menu that allows you to view your workspaces

2. Under the 'Personal' workspace Experiences tab, you will see 'Created by me'. These are Experiences that you have created under your personal accounts subscription type.

3. Under the 'Personal' workspace Experiences tab, you will also see 'Shared with me'. These are Experiences that you have been invited to collaborate on. The upgrade type will be determined by the original creators account.

4. If you have accepted an invite to join your organization's subscription, you will have access to the subscription through the dropdown at the top of the page

5. If you would like to use your organization's subscription for your Experience, be sure to select the organization's workspace before creating your Experience.

Any Experiences created under other workspaces, including your personal workspace, will not have your organizations subscription type.

6. You can view your workspace's subscription type by selecting the "Plan" tab from the left-hand menu

7. If you are the owner of the workspace you can:

  • Manage your billing from the plan page. More details on billing can be found here.

  • Edit your workspace name, image, and AI permissions from the settings tab

  • Manage your members from the members tab (only applicable on organization subscriptions). More details on managing workspace members can be found here.

  • View your workspace statistics from the stats tab (only applicable on organization subscriptions). More details on viewing your statistics can be found here.
