What is a workspace?
All Experiences are attached to an associated workspace. It's a space to organize and create your Experiences - as just one person, together as a team, or across a whole company. Experiences under a shared subscription must be created under the organizations workspace.
1. On the left-hand side of the Studio, you will see a side menu containing your different workspaces.
2. Under the 'Personal' section, you will see 'My Experiences'. These are Experiences that you have created under your personal accounts subscription type.
3. Under the 'Personal' section, you will also see 'Shared with me'. These are Experiences that you have been invited to collaborate on. The upgrade type will be determined by the original creators account.
4. Below the personal section, you will see 'Organizations'. If you have accepted an invite to join your organizations subscription, you will have access to the subscription through this menu.
5. If you would like to use your organizations subscription for your Experience, be sure to select the organization's workspace before creating your Experience.
Any Experiences created under other workspaces, including your personal workspace, will not have your organizations subscription type.
6. You can view your workspaces subscription type, and manage your workspace (if you are an owner or Admin) by clicking the settings gear icon beside the workspace name.
7. If you don't see the workspace menu on the left-hand side, it may mean that your browser size is too small. You can still access your workspaces through the menu icon in the upper right-hand corner.
8. Click on the menu icon and select your organizations workspace from the drop-down menu.
