Troubleshooting why you are not seeing your organization's plan on your account.
My organization or school has purchased a subscription, why is it not reflected on my account?
If your organization or school has purchased a subscription from us it does not automatically get applied to the accounts of the employees. You will need to be invited to join your organization's Workspace by the program administrator before you can begin using the upgrades on your account.

Once you are added, this won't upgrade your personal account directly. However, it will add a new Workspace under your account named after your school, district or organization where you will be able to create upgraded Experiences!
