Using your Experience Content

Updated over 12 months ago

Congratulations on completing your Goosechase Experience! Now that it's over, you can take advantage of the stats and content you have collected from it.

Here are a few things you can do with your content after your Experience:

  1. Photo Books: Compile photos into a professionally designed photo book. This can serve as a keepsake for attendees or as a gift for speakers and sponsors.

  2. Social Media Campaigns: Use the photos to create a social media campaign that recaps the event. This can keep the conversation going and engage those who couldn't attend.

  3. Thank You Cards: Send personalized thank you cards to attendees, sponsors, or speakers, featuring photos from the event that include them.

  4. Digital Photo Gallery: Create an online photo gallery or a virtual tour of the event. This can be shared with attendees and also used to promote future events.

  5. Interactive Timeline: Develop an interactive timeline of the event with photos and captions that describe key moments. This can be hosted on your event or organization’s website.

  6. Photo Contests: Host a photo contest for attendees to submit their best shots taken during the event. Offer prizes for different categories like 'Best Action Shot' or 'Best Group Photo'.

  7. Year-in-Review: Include event photos in a year-in-review blog post or newsletter. It’s a great way to highlight the event’s success and drum up excitement for next year’s event.

  8. Merchandise: Use standout photos to create merchandise like calendars, t-shirts, or posters. These can be sold or given away as promotional items.

  9. Press Releases: Include photos in press releases about the event to make them more engaging and likely to be picked up by media outlets.

  10. Video Montage: Create a video montage of the event photos set to music. This can be shared on social media, websites, or at follow-up events.

Each of these ideas not only extends the life of the event photos but also helps maintain engagement with your audience and promotes your future events.

We recommend including a custom terms of service for your Experience to use any media for marketing purposes. This can be added prior to participants joining your Experience on the branding page.

How long do submissions and points stay on my account?

All Experiences and content will be on your account indefinitely unless deleted by the creator, or by the participants.

As a heads up, sometimes participants do leave the Experience after participating which removes all of their submissions and points.

We recommend downloading the submissions, and reports on the Stats page when the Experience ends so that you have the content to refer back to.
