How do I download submissions in my Experience?
As the creator, you can download your participants’ submissions following these instructions.
Only the creators of the Experience can download all of the submissions, participants can only download submissions that they submitted.
How do I download my submission in the app?
As a participant in an experience, follow the steps below to download a submission.
iOS:
Select your submission under the ‘Completed’ Missions list
Click the share icon on the upper right-hand corner of your submission
Select ‘Save Video (or photo) to Camera Roll’ from the drop-down options.
Android:
Select your submission under the ‘Completed’ Missions list
Click the 3 dots on the upper right-hand corner of your submission
Select ‘Save Photo to Gallery’ (or video) from the list of options.
Web app:
Select your submission under the 'Completed' Missions list
Right-click on the image
Select "Save image as" from the pop-up menu
Do submissions automatically save to my camera roll when using the mobile app?
If you would like photo and video submissions to automatically save to your phone or device when using the mobile app, follow these steps:
Select the home icon in the app.
Click on the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner on your Experiences page.
Select ‘Submissions’.
Make sure the “Save captured media” toggle is turned on as shown below:
Please note: It is not currently possible to automatically save to your camera roll when taking photos with the web app.
