How do I reset the app?

What happens when I reset the app?

Only users participating as Guests (without an account) have the option to reset the app.

Resetting the app does not remove any submissions or points from your Experience, but it will erase all participation history from the app on that device.

If you're currently in an Experience as a Guest, resetting the app will remove your profile. To continue participating, you'll need to rejoin the Experience and your profile or team.

If you are going to re-join your team later, make sure you have your team passcode written down. Instructions on how to find your passcode can be found here.



How do I reset the app?

1. Click the home icon if you are in an Experience.

2. Select the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner for Android or the upper left-hand corner from IOS.

3. From the settings menu, scroll down towards the bottom and select ‘Reset the app’.

3. Click ‘Reset’ on the pop-up to confirm you would like to reset the app.
