Hiding the leaderboard by hiding the scores

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Some creators like to maintain the competitive spirit in their Experiences by hiding the scores from participants so nobody gets discouraged. While you can't hide the leaderboard in a Goosechase Experience yet, you can achieve a similar effect by doing this πŸ‘‡

Set the point values for your Missions to 0. You can still indicate how much each Mission is worth in the description, but make sure the awarded value of the Mission is 0. That way, when participants complete Missions, their scores on the leaderboard will not update, and everyone will be tied at 0.

Once the Experience has ended, go into each Mission and update the point value from 0 to the correct amount. Doing this will automatically update the scores of all the teams/participants who completed the Mission. This way, the winners are only revealed after the Experience has ended!

Helpful Honk πŸͺΏ: If possible, get everyone together in the same space/call as the points start adding up to create suspense and an exciting reveal of the winner!
