Email collection after an Experience has started

The Goosechase team can collect the emails from your participants on your behalf; however, this feature needs to be turned on before the Experience starts.

You may have forgotten to request the feature be applied to your Experience or may even be unaware of the feature until after your Experience has started. No worries, we have an easy workaround so that you can still collect emails! 📩

To collect emails after an Experience has already started, we recommend creating a text Mission in your Experience that asks participants for their emails. To encourage participants to complete it, you can employ some of these strategies:

  • Give it a high point value for motivation to complete it ➕

  • Advise that they are only eligible for prizes if it is completed 🎁

  • Make it the first Mission in the Mission list so it is easy to find 1️⃣

  • Have it unlock more Missions (and more points) for them to try after it is completed 🔑

By doing this, you will now have all of the participants and their associated emails collected in the “Review” section of the studio under “Submissions.” This will make for quick and easy cross-referencing of players and their emails.

Helpful Honk 🪿: If you need to download the emails, they will be included in the zip file when you download your Experience submissions!
