Broadcasts are a great tool to use to keep in touch with your participants and continue to drive consistent engagement in the Experience. Here are some great ways they can be utilized. đ
Boosting Motivation âŹïž: Encourage activity and give kudos where itâs due by sharing leaderboard updates or congratulating participants. Share milestone updates like, âTeam Flamingos just completed 10 Missionsâwhoâs next?â
Problem-Solving đ€: Address common questions or reminders about your Experience or event, like âMake sure you have your name tag on! It needs to be visible in photo submissions to count.â
Driving Engagement đ„: Add fun twists with messages like, âLightning round alert: Bonus Mission unlocked! You have 3 minutes to complete this Mission.â
Prize Collection đ: Not sure how to let a team know they won a prize? Send a broadcast directly to them to let them know where they can collect the prize or who to get in contact with.
Helpful Honk đȘż: Keep in mind, participants will only be alerted to this broadcast if they have notifications turned on and are using the mobile app. It is not currently possible to receive push notifications on the web app. It will still appear in their notifications tab within the app in both cases.
