How do I view submission data on the Stats page?

The Stats page in Goosechase Studio lets you view a detailed log of every submission in your experience. You can see which participant submitted their team assignment, which Mission they completed, points earned, and export the data as a CSV file.

Where can I find the submissions table?

From Goosechase Studio, open your experience and click Review in the top navigation. Select Stats from the sidebar:

Scroll down past the participants table to find the submissions table.

What information can I see in the submissions table?

The submissions table displays the following information for each submission in your experience:

  • Team Name

  • Participant Name

  • Mission

  • Type (Camera, Text, or GPS)

  • Points

  • Bonus Points awarded to the submission

  • Likes

  • Submission Caption

  • Submission Time (date and time)

  • Submission Link

The table is sorted by submission Time (most recent first). Click on a Mission name to open that Mission's submissions page in a new tab.

Can I download the submissions data?

Yes. Click the Download CSV button at the top of the submissions table to export all submission data as a CSV file. The download includes all submissions, not just those visible on the current page.

FAQs

What does the submission link do?

The submission Link opens the public share URL for that specific submission in a new tab. This link can be shared externally to showcase the submission.

Can I sort or filter the submissions table?

The submissions table is automatically sorted by submission time (most recent first). Custom sorting or filtering is not available, but you can download the CSV and sort or filter the data in a spreadsheet application.
