Will I be emailed my receipt?
After making a purchase through our studio your receipt will be automatically emailed to the email address associated with your account.
If you do not see the email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder just in case it ended up there.
How to download your receipt/invoice for your personal account
If you need to access your receipt or did not receive one by email, you can download it through the Studio at any time!

If you are trying to get the receipt for your organization's subscription, please refer to the bottom of this article.
1. From the homepage of the studio, select the "Plan" option from the left-hand side panel
2. From the plan page, select the blue "Manage Billing" button under the plan details.
3. Select 'Billing History' in the billing portal.
4. Click 'Download' beside the purchase you made to download the receipt.

The billing details for an organization's workspace can only be accessed by the account owner. You will not be able to see these details if you are under the workspace as an "Admin" or "Member"
