How do I download a copy of my Receipt/Invoice

Will I be emailed my receipt?

After making a purchase through our Studio your receipt will be automatically emailed to the email address associated with your account.

If you do not see the email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder just in case it ended up there.


How to download your receipt/invoice for your personal account

If you need to access your receipt or did not receive one by email, you can download it through the Studio at any time!

If you are trying to get the receipt for your organization's subscription please refer to the bottom of this article.

1. Click your account image in the upper right-hand corner and select 'Account' from the drop down menu

2. This will take you your account page. Here, you can access your receipt under billing details.

3. Select 'Billing History' in the billing portal.

4. Click 'Download' beside the purchase you made to download the receipt.

You can find instructions here on how to download your receipt/invoice for your organization's subscription.

The billing details for an organization's workspace can only be accessed by the account owner. You will not be able to see these details if you are under the workspace as an "Admin" or "Member"
