How do I cancel my EDU Subscription?

How to downgrade your EDU subscription so it does not renew and how to check if your plan is set to downgrade.

Can I cancel my EDU subscription before it renews?

To cancel your EDU Plus or Premium subscription, you can do so directly in your account following the steps below.

If the subscription has already renewed, please contact our support at hi@goosechase.com or through the chat on our website.

If you are part of an organization, please contact your Account manager to cancel.


How do I cancel my subscription before it renews?

1. In the Studio, click on your username in the upper right-hand corner and then select account

2. On the right-hand side of your Account page, you will see your subscription information, click 'Billing'.

3. On the billing page, select your active subscription.

4. On the Subscription Details page, select 'Cancel'

How do I check if my subscription is scheduled to be cancelled?

To check if the subscription was set to downgrade/be cancelled, select your username in the upper right-hand corner and choose 'Account info' from the drop-down.

You will now see the date of your next renewal under your subscription information, with the amount of $0.00. This means that the subscription has been successfully cancelled.
