How do I cancel my EDU subscription?

To cancel your EDU Plus or Premium subscription, you can do so directly in your account following the steps below.

If the subscription has already renewed, please contact our support at hi@goosechase.com or through the chat on our website.

If you are part of an organization, please contact your Account Manager to cancel.

1. In the Studio, click the plan tab on the left-hand side panel and then select account

2. On the plan page, you will see your subscription information. Click 'Manage Billing'.

3. On the billing page, select your active subscription.

4. On the Subscription Details page, select 'Cancel'
