How do I change a Mission's availability?

1. Click on Availability

You can adjust the availability of a Mission when creating a new Mission, or editing an existing Mission.

2. Choose when you want your Mission to be released

By default, Missions will be released when the Experience begins. You can choose a relative time, or a specific time to release the Mission to your participants.

3. Choose when you want your Mission to Expire

When a Mission expires, participants can no longer complete it. By default, Missions will remain available for the full duration of the Experience. Similar to releasing Missions, you can expire the Mission based on a relative or specific time.

4. Choose if you want to keep your Mission in Draft Mode

If you are still working on the Mission while your Experience is already live, you may want to set your Mission to Draft Mode until it is ready! Once you are done building the Mission, you can turn Draft Mode off.

5. Click on Save changes to save your settings

How do I access the Availability section?

You can access the Availability section by clicking on the second tab at the top of the Mission creation modal.


What is an example of a Relative time?

A Relative time is a time that is based on your Experience's start and end time. For example:
- 3 Minutes after the Experience starts
- 2 days after the Experience starts
- 30 minutes before the Experience ends
- 1 minute before the Experience ends


What is an example of a Specific time?

A Specific time is an exact date and time. For example:
- 3pm on January 11th 2024
- 12pm on April 30th 2025
- 6am on September 26th 2024


What happens if I choose to keep my Mission in Draft mode?

Your Mission will remain in Draft Mode and will not be visible to participants at any point in your Experience. You must manually take it off Draft Mode to release it. Once the Mission is fully created, and your availability settings are set, turn Draft Mode off.
