Messages, otherwise known as Broadcasts can be sent, and scheduled through the Broadcasts tab and the Leaderboard tab in your Experience.
Sending Broadcasts from the Broadcasts tab
1. Click on the Create section in the Experience
2. Click on the Broadcasts tab on the left-hand side
3. Click on the 'Send a Broadcast' button
4. Choose who you would like to send the Broadcast to
You can send a Broadcast to individual teams, or all participants.
5. Type your message to your participants in the message field
6. Choose when you want to send your message
You can send a message immediately (now) or you can choose to schedule your message for a later time.
7. When you are happy with your message, click the 'Schedule' button
(Or the 'Send' button if you are sending the message now)
8. All messages will show under the 'All' tab but you can see only scheduled messages under the 'Scheduled' tab
9. All messages will show under the 'All' tab, but you can see all the messages that have already been sent under the 'Sent' tab.
How to send Broadcasts from the Leaderboard tab
This option is great if you want to send a broadcast to a team directly.
1. Head to the "Review" header
2. Select the leaderboard tab
3. Find the team you would like to send a message to, click the three dots next to the team name, and select "Send Broadcast"
4. Choose who you want to send the Broadcast to
By default, the Broadcast will be sent to the team you selected, but you can use the search bar to pick another team or send it to all participants.
5. Type your message to your participants in the message field
6. Choose when you want to send your message
You can send a message immediately (now) or you can choose to schedule your message for a later time.
7. When you are happy with your message, select the 'Schedule' option
(Or the send button if you are sending the message now)
8. To view scheduled or sent Broadcasts you will first need to click the create header
9. From the create page, select the 'Broadcasts' tab
10. Here you will be able to see the Broadcasts you have sent and the ones you have scheduled to be sent
The 'All' tab will show all the broadcasts you have created, the 'Scheduled' tab will only show the broadcasts you have scheduled to be sent, and the 'Sent' tab will only show the broadcasts that have already been sent.

Before the Experience starts: Send at a relative time (i.e 3 days) before the start of the Experience (your Experience must be set to scheduled for this to work).
When the Experience starts: Send the message when the Experience reaches its scheduled start time or is set live).
During the Experience: Send at a scheduled time during the Experience runtime.
Relative time: i.e, 4 hours after the Experience starts, 1 day before the Experience ends, etc.
Specific time: i.e, Day 2 of the Experience at 12 PM etc.
When the Experience ends: Send a message when the Experience reaches its scheduled end time or is ended manually.
After the Experience ends: Send at a relative time (i.e 3 days) after the Experience has ended.

No, participants cannot respond to Broadcasts. Broadcasts will be sent to your participants as notifications in the app.
