Help your participants get in contact with you

Updated over 2 weeks ago

When running an Experience, there may be times when your participants need to get in touch with you. While we can handle the technical issues, giving participants a way to reach out to your team and ask questions about the Experience or get assistance can help the Experience run a lot smoother. Here are some good ways to help them get in touch πŸ‘‡

  • Welcome Mission πŸ‘‹ : If you make a welcome Mission, add your contact information into the Mission description!

  • Introductory Broadcast πŸ“£: Consider sending out a broadcast to your participants that includes your contact information.

  • Add a contact link in each Mission πŸ”—: Include a way for participants to reach you via chat (like WhatsApp, email, or another channel you prefer). That way, help is always just a tap away.

  • Create an SOS text Mission πŸ†˜: This acts as a help request. If someone gets stuck or needs assistance, they can complete the Mission by sharing their phone number and asking you to get in touch. Just a heads-up: this one works best with real-time moderation so you’re ready to respond as needed.

Helpful Honk πŸͺΏ: We know running an Experience can be lots of work, so don’t be afraid to share our hi@goosechase.com contact information for when participants run into technical issues!
