Ready to create your first GooseChase game? Here are directions to help you get started!

1. From a computer, head over to our website at

2. Either log into an existing account, or create a new account. You can create a new account by selecting the “Sign Up” button in the top-right corner of the screen. From there, you’ll be asked to enter your email address, and choose a username and password.

3. Once you’ve successfully logged into your account, you’ll be taken into a pre-created demo game that you can use as a starting point for your own!

4. In the “Game Info” tab, fill out the details for your game!

Game Image: Upload an image to represent your game! This image will show up for participants when they search for your game within the GooseChase mobile app. While an image isn’t required, it can be a great way to associate your game with your brand and make it easier for participants to find it.

Game Name: The name you choose for your game will be what participants use to find and identify it within the app. (They are also able to find and join your game by code.)

Game Description: Use this field to describe the purpose of your game, explain additional rules, and get players excited to participate!

Game Location: If your game is taking place in a specific location or city, adding the location might make it easier for participants find it. Adding a game location is optional.

Game Password: Adding a game password is optional and allows you to control who has access to your game. If you choose to add a password to your game, players will be prompted to enter the password before they can join. This is helpful if you only want a specific group of people to be able to join your game.

Once you’ve entered the information for your game, select the blue "Save & Continue" button at the bottom of the screen. You will be able to edit the basic details of your game again later if you need to change anything.

Congratulations! You've created your GooseChase game, and you are now ready to add missions!
