Starter and Professional Licenses
If you upgraded your free game to a Starter of Professional license from within the Game Manager, your receipt is available in your account online. To access it:
Login to the Game Manager with the username of the account that was used to create the game.
Click your username (in the top right corner of your screen). From the dropdown, select "Account Info".
Select "Billing Details" in the right hand side menu to access your receipt.
GooseChase EDU Subscriptions
If you upgraded your GooseChase account to one of our educational subscriptions, a copy of your receipt was emailed to you (from firstname.lastname@example.org) after purchasing your subscription. You'll also be able to access your receipt by selecting your username, choosing "Account Info" and heading into "Billing Details". If you believe you did not receive one, or have lost the email, please contact us.
If you received an invoice via email and made payment via credit card, please contact us to request an additional copy of your receipt.
