Yes! As the Experience creator, you have the option to either allow participants to create their own teams and profiles, or you can create them in advance and restrict participants from creating their own.
How do I control if participants can create their own teams or not?
By default, participants will be prompted to create their own team or profile when joining the Experience.
You can control this by navigating to the participants tab under the Publish section in your Experience, and toggling off the 'Participants can create their own team' settings:
When the toggle is toggled off and grey, this means that the ability for participants to create their own teams has been disabled and they will need to choose one of the pre-created teams/profiles:
