What is the broadcast feature?

Broadcasts allow you to send notifications and messages about the Experience directly to all or specific participants. They can be scheduled or automated.

At this time, participants cannot respond to broadcasts directly

Why would I use the broadcasts feature?

Broadcasts are a great way to communicate with the participants in your Experience. For example:

  • Welcome participants to the Experience before it starts with an introductory welcome message

  • Contact participants regarding prizes and prize redemption

  • Drive engagement with reminders and incentives to participate

  • Send details of new Experiences available to participate in

What kind of Goosechase Experiences do broadcasts work well in?

Broadcasts are a great tool that can be used in any Goosechase Experience, but some popular use cases are:

  • Long-term Experiences where participants need to be reminded of new challenges to stay engaged

  • Experiences where prizes are involved

  • Conferences with sessions and speaker reminders

  • Time-sensitive experiences where participants need to be reminded of how much time they have left
