Why am I receiving an error?

How to fix a redundant Automation warning, or a time-related warning

Below is an overview of the different errors you may see when scheduling Missions, Broadcasts or Start & End times.

Hovering over the exclamation point will show more information regarding what is causing the error.

Reason: The Mission is set to be expired either before or after the Start and End times that you set.

Fix: Change the time to be within your Start & End times or, change when it sends to either be 'Before the Experience begins' or 'After the Experience Ends' depending on when you have it scheduled for.

Fix: If you would like to send a message 30+ days before or after your Experience, you will need to send the message manually at that time, or schedule it once the date/time are within 30 days.

Start & End time

Error Message: Must end after the start date.

Reason: Your end time is being scheduled before your Start Date.

Error Message: Must be in the future.

Fix: Choose a date or time that falls after the current date and time.

Error Message: You have Missions and Broadcasts that conflict with these Start & End times, and might not run properly.

Fix: Go to the Missions or Broadcasts tab and find the red exclamation mark. Hover over the exclamation mark to see what is causing the error. If you need further instructions, find your error message from the exclamation mark on this page.

Error Message: Up to 24 hours on your current plan

Reason: On the Free plan, the maximum experience runtime is 24 hours. If you enter an end time that would result in a runtime longer than 24 hours, the end time fields will display in an error state.

Fix: Reduce the experience duration to 24 hours or less, or upgrade your plan for longer runtimes.

Error Message: You can have 1 live Experience running at a time

Reason: Your workspace has reached the maximum number of Experiences that can be live at the same time on your current plan. A warning message will appear at the bottom of the Start and End section, and the 'Go live' button will be disabled.

Fix: End one of your currently live Experiences, or upgrade your plan to increase the number of concurrent live Experiences allowed.

Error Message: Your participants exceed your current plan limit

Reason: Your Experience has more participants than your current plan allows. This can happen if participants joined while the Experience or workspace was previously on an upgraded plan and it is now on a free plan or a lower tier plan. A warning banner will appear on Participants page and Start & End page and you will not be able to launch your Experience.

Fix: Remove participants for your participants page until your Experience meets your plan's participant limit, or upgrade your plan to support more participants.
